Grapes and Coriander Chutney Recipe

Grapes have a delicious sweet and tangy taste! Love to eat it plain, by the handful!

But what to do if angoor khate hain? If the grapes are too sour to eat, then you can blend them into a yummy chutney!

This recipe will give you a burst of different flavors in your mouth! Grapes, chilies, chives (pate wala lehsun), coriander – all combine to give a unique taste! If you don’t have chives, you can easily use normal garlic.

How To Sneak in Nutrition in Grapes and Coriander Chutney:

Adding more grapes to the normal chutney will increase the nutrient quotient.

Ingredients for Grapes and Coriander Chutney:

  • 1 to 2 cups grapes
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 to 2 cups coriander (washed and chopped)
  • Chives or garlic (few pods)
  • Black salt or rock salt (To Taste)

Instructions:

Wash all your ingredients and place in a blender.

Blend till you get a paste or chutney like consistency. Add water if needed to adjust.

Serve in a glass bowl. Store for a couple of days in airtight glass container in fridge.
