Apple oats porridge

If your baby enjoys oats and likes the taste and texture, you can start mixing it with various fruits.  Apple is the best bet as it is healthy and sweet enough to introduce the natural sweetness to your baby’s diet. So let’s dive into cooking apple oats porridge for your baby

Apple Oats Porridge Recipe Ingredients:

  • Half Tbs Oats
  • 1 medium Apple
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon Powder (if desired)
  • ½ cup water

How to make Apple Oats Porridge:

Be sure to sterilize all the utensils needed for making the puree by boiling them in hot water.

Wash the apple under cold running water before peeling and chopping it into small pieces.  Take a pan and put oats, chopped apple and cinnamon (if desired) in filtered water.

Cook the ingredients on low heat for about 5 min until the oats is cooked.  Switch of the heat and let the mixture cool then pour it in a blender and blend or mash it with a potato masher depending on the desired consistency.

The yummy sweet porridge is ready for the baby.
