Easy to Make Healthy Bread Pastry

- Chopped Strawberries
- Chopped Kiwi
- Chopped Melon
- Chopped Banana
- Chopped Blueberries
- Chopped Mangoes
- 4 slices brown bread
- 1 cup low fat hung curd
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- Few drops vanilla essence
- Take 4 fresh brown bread slices and trim the edges.
- In a bowl take 1 cup low fat hung curd and 1 tbsp milk powder and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp sugar or honey and few drops vanilla essence and mix until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two parts.
- Add the chopped fruits and some nuts and mix with one ½ of the yogurt mixture.
- Spread this fruits and nuts mixture on a slice of bread and cover with another. Keep making layers for all the 4 slices of bread.
- Use the ½ half of plain mixture to cover the pastry and serve immediately.
