Refreshing Barley Summer Drink (Sweet Version)

  • 4 Cups of Chilled Waer
  • 4-5 Teaspoons of Barley powder
  • 4 teaspoons of jaggery or palm jaggery or as per taste.
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  1. Take a mixing bowl and add water, barley powder, and jaggery. Mix well.
  2. Add cardamom powder to the mixed solution.
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well until all the barley powder is dissolved. Make sure no lumps are left.
  4. If you find the drink thin, you can also add more barley powder to it. I prefer my drink to be thin and watery.
  5. Garnish the drink with ice cubes and fruit wedges.
  6. Enjoy!
